St Cuthberts is an award-winning development in the market town of Wigton, Cumbria.

Phillips Creative were approached to design a range of sales literature including a folder to house many specification/data sheets.

Watercolour illustrations were produced to show off the various house types as well as aerial views to suggest the finished development.
